Mark H. Osborn, President

Mark is a native Californian and has made his home in San Jose since 1969. Mark's business experience includes ten years with Bank of America, eight years in commercial real estate brokerage with Norris, Beggs & Simpson and twelve years with Arcadia Development Co. He has been a principal and president of Stonebrook since 2000.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He also has a California Real Estate Brokers license (DRE #00709302).

Professional organization memberships inlcude the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the California Apartment Association (CAA). He holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM, Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMA and California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) from CAA.

Mark lives in San Jose with wife Debbie. Two sons, Brian is an architect and Brent is pursuing a career in law enforcement.

Cherry B. Lane-Polland, Property Administrator

Cherry is Stonebrook's number cruncher, and much more. She started by crunching small numbers, but the numbers got bigger when she received her Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Still, Cherry wanted to crunch big-time numbers. So, she began working in property management, first at Malek Construction and then at Nova Investment Realty, Inc. Cherry's expertise in Yardi Systems software has enabled her to become a consultant, attracting clients with really big numbers. Cherry has been with Stonebrook Asset Management Co. since 2003, where she's been crunching her biggest numbers yet.

Cherry lives in San Jose with her husband John, who teaches children to crunch numbers. She has one daughter who is an engineer for the Department of the U.S. Navy.
