100,000+ square foot neighborhood center fully renovated. Existing tenants include Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, HomeTown Buffet restaurant, Rite Aid, Panda Express, Subway Sandwich and Blue Rock Barbecue. The tenant lineup includes national and regional operators as well as new local service providers.

This Center has been sold to a local operator, who manages their own properties.  Stonebrook played an important role for the former owners in the renovation of the Center in the areas of management, leasing, planning, City approvals and the sale of the Center.
